How long does an order take?

Most custom orders ship within 5–7 business days. Bulk orders (25+ pieces) and peak seasons (Mother's Day, Father's Day, November–December) may add a few days. We'll always confirm a timeline at order time.

Can I see what my order will look like before you make it?

Yes — every customizable product shows you a live preview. The preview is exactly what we produce, so check spelling, sizing, and placement carefully before you check out.

Do you do bulk or B2B orders?

Yes. Realtors, dental and medical practices, dance studios, restaurants, and small businesses are most of what we do. Email lisa@elleemmeindustries.com with quantity, item, and deadline and we'll send a quote.

Can I supply my own apparel?

In most cases, yes. Send us a message before placing an order so we can confirm the garment is suitable for embroidery / DTF / engraving. Some fabrics don't take well to certain methods, and we'd rather tell you in advance.

What's the difference between embroidery, DTF, and laser engraving?

Embroidery is stitched thread — premium feel, ideal for caps, polos, and uniform pieces. Holds up forever.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printed transfer applied with heat — full-colour, soft-hand, great for detailed graphics on tees and hoodies.

Laser engraving is precision-cut markings on wood, leather, slate, and acrylic — for gifts, signage, awards, and home goods.

Where do you ship?

Canada only, for now. International may follow.

What if there's a problem with my order?

If it's our error — a defect, misprint, wrong customization — email lisa@elleemmeindustries.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Where are you based?

Calgary, Alberta. Every order is produced in our studio.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes — local pickup is available at checkout for Calgary customers. We'll email when your order is ready.
