Shipping policy

We ship within Canada only (for now — international may follow).

Processing Time

Custom orders are produced before they ship. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of order confirmation. Peak seasons (November–December, Mother's and Father's Day windows) may add 2–3 days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via Canada Post. Standard tracked shipping is our default. Expedited and express options are available at checkout where offered.

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping thresholds may apply — see the site banner for any current offers.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery is typically 2–7 business days depending on your province. You'll receive tracking by email.

PO Boxes & Remote Areas

We can ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post. Remote northern communities may take longer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email lisa@elleemmeindustries.com with your order number. We'll work with Canada Post to file a claim and get you a replacement or refund.
